UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Development of UX strategies and concepts for digital products
• Creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Carrying out user research and usability tests
• Collaboration with developers, designers and product managers to continuously optimise the user experience
• Analysing user data and deriving potential for optimisation
• Ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints

Your profile

• Professional experience: Relevant experience in UX/UI design, ideally in an agile environment
• Technical skills: Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure or similar
• Methodological expertise: Experience in design thinking, user research, usability testing and prototyping
• Analytical thinking: ability to understand user needs and work based on data
• Soft skills: ability to work in a team, empathy, strong communication skills, creative problem-solving skills
• (Optional) Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
