OMIND Enablement does not follow a fixed training or workshop programme. The formats used depend on the starting point, the objective, the accountability structure and the organisation’s internal capacity for implementation.

Depending on the situation, we combine empowerment, steering meetings, role clarification, action planning and operational support in such a way that responsibility is embedded in day-to-day operations and results are secured.
