The OMIND development journey is a hybrid 4-month programme that enables your managers and employees to successfully integrate new corporate strategies into their everyday work and thus achieve the company’s goals.

Start & target definition

In the strategy event, we jointly define the project goals and key figures for strategy implementation. We clarify how the OMIND development journey will proceed, determine the individual development potential of the participants and agree on the next steps.

Objective: A clear starting point for the successful implementation of the corporate strategy.

WORKSHOP 1: Kick-off workshop

Strategy check & diagnosis

In the kick-off workshop, we start by taking stock: How well do your employees understand your corporate strategy? What does it mean for each and every individual? Together, we identify strengths and development potential in order to create the basis for successful strategy implementation.

Objective: To promote understanding of the strategy and recognise behavioural patterns.

Individual coaching sessions

Individual support

The one-to-one coaching sessions offer individual and customised support for you and your managers. We support your managers in realising their personal development goals and help them to overcome challenges in the change process.

Objective: Individualised support for managers to successfully implement the strategy in their day-to-day work.

Management training

Support for managers

In the leadership training, your team leaders will learn how to support their employees throughout the OMIND development journey and beyond. They will discover how to use the OMIND software and the generated data effectively, and how to actively accompany change in their role as leaders.

Objective: To enable managers to successfully support strategy implementation.

WORKSHOP 2: Advanced Workshop

Practice & Transfer

In this advanced workshop, we translate your corporate strategy into practice so your employees actively live it. We embed small habits in participants’ everyday lives that strengthen their willingness to change. Team exercises encourage them to engage in dialogue, which increases motivation to achieve the common goal.

Goal: Live the strategy, increase commitment and ensure practical transfer.

WORKSHOP 3: Reflection Workshop

Success analysis and next steps

The reflection workshop provides a before-and-after comparison: How have participants’ attitudes and behaviors changed? How willing are they to adopt and implement new corporate strategies? We determine the success of strategy implementation, measure its practical transfer, and define the next steps.

Goal: Measure success, increase motivation and live the strategy in the long term.
